Job Description
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for day to day administration and function of Logistic Department.
Manage and direct handle all the activities of non-conforming part, claim, feedback activities with supplier/ principal and part replacement for rejection cases.
PRIMARY JOB TASKS:
1. Plan and execute the timely supply of quality parts to production lines and seek for continuous improvement on Supply System.
2. To provide the leadership to build and manage the Department's operations and resources.
3. Work with relevant departments such as government relations/supply chain management on receiving and distributing CKD goods to the warehouse.
4. Plan and manage the receiving and proper storage and maintenance of CKD cases, Local part, All Direct and Indirectmaterial.
5. Planning, managing personnel, and directly overseeing the packaging of export SKD shipments, including shipping documents.
6. Ensure the proper utilization, control and maintenance of forklift and other equipment used.
7. Timely issuance order of CPO/Local part, Direct and Indirect material ontime, ensure all parts and materials available for production as plan.
8. Ensure all necessary reports and documentations are done timely to Finance department. Ensure that monthly/annual inventory checks are conducted correctly and keep good results.
9. To ensure Government Liaison (GL) department arranged and conduct CKD inspection with customs.
10. Identify, investigate and report/ claim and feedback promptly for all part/packing irregularities to Principal for improvements and call-in part replacement on time.
11. Manage the rejection part, replenishments and spare lot systems and ensure that waste, losses and obsolescence is adequately monitored / controlled.
12.To ensure Department human resource, productivity and discipline are adequately managed.
13. To carry out continuous improvement activities for Q, D, C results.
14. To oversee the Local Content and Material logistics operation.
15.To discharge duty assigned by the Superior when and where necessary.
Requirement
Qualifications:
Possessed a College Degree/University of SCM or Degree specializing in Engineering or equivalent
Skill & Experience:
At least 3-5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment and/or automobile assembly company.
Available for Computer skills: Excel, power point ....
Fluency in English
ISO Knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Possesses extensive knowledge and understanding of automotive/bus part and SKD packaging and export process.
