Logistic Support

Transportation Coordination:
- Arrange and coordinate transportation of goods, including scheduling pickups and deliveries.
- Select appropriate carriers and transportation modes based on cost, time, and specific requirements.
- Follow up and collect shipping documents, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms
- Track shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve transportation-related issues, such as delays, damages, or shortages.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipping document and transportation logs.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, such as on-time delivery rates and transportation costs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
Customer Service:
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and other logistics-related matters.
- Provide excellent service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Accountability
- Tracking all FCA/EXW Purchase Order
- Close Coordination with material expeditor and core logistic team
- Coordinate with Logistic Partner
- Daily/Weekly Report of Status of Delivery of Material
- Maintain accurate record of all logistic activities
- Inform any bottleneck issue to TA lead.
