JOB PURPOSE:
This position will oversee logistics operations as well as order processing.
DIMENSION/ KEY FIGURES:
Direct report to: Senior Logistics Manager
External customers: Service Providers, Suppliers, Production Centers
Internal customers: Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Order management:
Manage the invoicing process and reconcile all transaction-related systems (SAP, invoicing, etc.).
Ensure all orders follow internal processes and are in compliance with risk control management (RCM).
2.Customer services:
Daily mapping of product codes and making sure the order process is smoothly working.
Take care of the end-to-end return process and ensure compliance with the control process.
3.Warehouse activity:
Manage and executive all transactions on SAP with all processes such as write-off and disposal, stock count, stock control, transaction reconsideration, and VAS.
Control physical stock at warehouse as requested by checking vendor onsite at WH-Vsip1/Vsip2-Binh Duong.
4.Others:
Improvement project as to fulfill target as digital, productivity, and simplify.
Other tasks are assigned by the line manager.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WHO WILL HAVE:
1.Education:
Graduate in Business Administration/Economy/Foreign Trade/Engineering/Supply Chain/Logistics.
2.Experience:
1-2 years' experience in logistics operations.
Still open for Fresh Graduate with Import-Export major.
Experience in FMCG and the import/export process is a plus.
Warehouse and inventory experiences are preferable.
3.Computer Microsoft Office skills:
Proficiency with Word and Excel is required.
SAP and MS Power BI mindset and application.
