At WAHL Vietnam, we are looking for a Logistics Executive to join our Supply Chain team and take ownership of key logistics, customs, Certificate of Origin (COO), and liquidation activities. This role plays an important part in ensuring our import/export operations are compliant, accurate, timely, and well-controlled, while working closely with Customer Service, Planning, Warehouse, Finance, Customs, customers, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities
Customs &
Liquidation Reporting
Manage and maintain HS/HTS codes for components and ensure relevant information is accurately maintained in the system.
Monitor and update tariff information to support business operations.
Coordinate quarterly import tax refund activities.
Work with relevant departments to ensure BOM information is properly updated and aligned.
Create and maintain finished product codes in line with customs declaration requirements.
Track and validate BOM consumption in the ERP system.
Reconcile monthly and quarterly liquidation reports and complete fiscal-year liquidation reporting to Customs.
Liaise with Customs and relevant parties to resolve issues related to customs declarations and compliance.
Inbound &
Outbound Logistics
Plan and coordinate shipment schedules across relevant business functions.
Work closely with Customer Service to align shipping plans and expedite deliveries based on customer priorities.
Prepare shipping documentation, including Packing List, Shipping Invoice, Certificate of Origin, and other required documents.
Coordinate with customers' forwarders regarding booking arrangements and shipment pick-up schedules.
Coordinate with Warehouse on receiving and loading plans.
Monitor forwarders/service brokers regarding customs declarations and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
Consolidate shipping documents and submit payment requests to Finance.
Send shipping documents to customers and update shipment information on the forwarder's tracking system where required.
Work with Customer Service and Planning to support monthly container planning for US customers.
Certificate of Origin (COO)
Evaluate and qualify product origin in accordance with applicable requirements.
Prepare COO documentation based on relevant Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
Coordinate with customers and brokers regarding COO documentation and qualification.
Follow up on COO approval and ensure certificates are issued and submitted on time.
Liaise with the COO Chamber/competent authorities to resolve issues related to COO declarations.
Logistics Improvement &
Cost Management
Support improvement initiatives related to
purchasing, sales delivery, logistics processes, and logistics waste management.
Control and administer shipping documentation and related ERP activities.
Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support cross-functional initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and process control.
What We're Looking For
University/College degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Import-Export, International Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Solid experience in import/export customs declarations.
Experience with Certificate of Origin (COO) declaration and qualification.
Experience in fiscal-year liquidation reporting and customs-related reporting.
Good understanding of inbound and outbound logistics processes.
Experience working with an ERP system.
Good numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and interpret management reports.
Strong planning, coordination, and control skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
