- Manage, coordinate, and allocate tasks and personnel within the Import-Export / Foreign Trade Department to ensure stability and efficiency.
- Develop work plans, implement, monitor, and evaluate performance.
- Possess strong knowledge of import procedures, related policies, and regulations.
- Collaborate to build and optimize departmental workflows and documentation templates for higher efficiency.
- Supervise and support team members to ensure work quality and productivity.
- Manage, control, and evaluate all import-related activities, including
purchasing, delivery, transportation, and import documentation, ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Plan and schedule incoming shipments; monitor delivery progress and coordinate with partners to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
- Work with domestic and international suppliers and partners on logistics, documentation, and shipment coordination.
- Monitor and balance import-export-inventory levels at the factory to ensure production timelines are met.
- Analyze and report import data as required and periodically propose timely optimization solutions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Board of Directors.
- Liaise with relevant authorities on import-export related matters.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Foreign Trade, International Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position.
- Solid professional knowledge in import-export operations (import experience preferred).
- Proficient in customs declaration software and related systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- Highly responsible, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure.
