• Responsible for communicating with overseas offices/agents for logistics consulting; building and minimizing cost of logistics jobs;
• Take good care of current & potential customers, attend customer's inquiries
• Manage all activities in logistics department: customs formalities, cargo delivery.
• Set up logistics policies, organization of the team matching with current business company status with the most efficient & effective operation;
• Develop cost strategies without conflicting among customers, vendor, and profit;
• Monitor, report on transportation costs, managing the transportation functions;
• Research, suggest cost - effective customs procedures and trucking methods;
• Make a report relating to activities of department such as: results, analysis, and advice,[protected info] on potential issues and recommend remedial actions;
• Ensure all problems incurred during logistics progress solved well without affection to company business and compliance policy;
• Update new regulations of port, airport, customs and other authorities on import-export field.
• Support & advise customers to lead to optimal solutions; shoot troubles & arisen problems.
• Update best cost & expense for customs clearance & trucking.
• Handling SEA/AIR Import and Export, contacting trucking companies;
• Effectively solve customers' complaints (if any);
• Following payment of logistics clients;
• Negotiating with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability;
• Responsible for the daily management of the operation, training staff;
• Check HS code and advice import duty & import policy to customer
• Check & advise customer conditional to issue C/O export shipment
• Perform other tasks as assigned by BOD
