• Take the lead of the company's freight forwarding, warehousing, eCommerce logistics sales program in Vietnam
• Discover, create and maintain an opportunity sales funnel of prospective clients
• Create and offer client success solutions and offer ongoing process improvements
• Work closely with relevant departments to formulate commercial offers
• Have a clear focus on profitability in combination with volume growth.
• Establish and maintain close cooperation with local and overseas colleagues and partners
• Closely monitor achievement targets as set by the organization
• Issue monthly reports to the company Director in Vietnam
• Implement new sales strategies and to measure/monitor the success of such
• Develop customer relations
• Participate in events, exhibitions to present and promote the company
Yêu cầu
• Have an understanding for cargo freight forwarding about Air + Ocean, Warehouse + Distribution, and / or eCommerce logistics.
• Finding and presenting service solutions
• Developing the market and customer sources
• Analytical thinking
• Interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong commercial mind, self-driven & motivated, skill full & target oriented
• Fluent in English (spoken & writing)
• At least 02+ years' experience in Freight Forwarding companies.
