Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing
Sales Executive with strong experience in freight forwarding and international logistics, who can represent the company professionally at expos, client meetings, and industry events.
This role requires a proactive communicator who can develop new clients, maintain relationships with existing ones, and ensure smooth coordination with our operation team for shipments to the USA and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new customers and maintain existing client accounts in the freight forwarding sector.
Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams to provide competitive quotations and service solutions.
Attend logistics expos, trade events, or client meetings when required (mainly in HCMC area).
Identify potential business opportunities and propose strategies to increase sales volume and market share.
Follow up on customer inquiries, negotiate rates, and close deals efficiently.
Monitor shipment progress and support the operations team in resolving client issues.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, and track performance versus targets.
Ensure all activities comply with company standards and client satisfaction goals.
