Mô tả công việc
*Role Summary:
Main roles:
- To look for potential customers; to review and follow up with customers.
Establish target customers, visiting customers and get feedback Analysing customers, requests, preparing quotation, updating market information.
- Daily, this job requires establishing new accounts, reviewing customer requirements, developing relationships, and negotiating with customers. This requires collaboration with customer service/ operations team.
* Specific Accountabilities:
- Do existing customer management and paying regular visits to customers to expand value chain with existing team together with EUSU overseas offices.
- Secure new customers, creating connections, contact to find opportunities to provide Freight Forwarding/Logistics services in Vietnam and internationally especially for hi-tech, apparel vertical.
- Develop new logistics product by analyzing customer's requirement and streamlining all the process to give extra benefit to customers.
- Coordinate with other departments in the company to monitor and assist in solving problems arising in the process of providing services to customers
Yêu cầu
* Experience and Qualifications
- Graduate from 3 years college or university in Sales, Trade, Business Administration or relevant field
- Background in Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry (At least 2-3 years experiences)
- In-depth knowledge of logistics industry products and services
- Experience in Air, Ocean & Road freight sales preferred
- Specialist in Intra-Asia and USA Lane
- Must speak, write and read English fluently.
- Good at computer/software skills.
- Organized, process- oriented, highly motivated, disciplined and compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure.
* Required Skills
- Functional knowledge in Air / Sea / Logistics.
- Proven experience in setting up and implementing sales strategy and plan, Market Intelligence and product knowledge within International Freight Forwarding, Logistics.
- Good in operation management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Be reliable, honest and responsible at work
- Having Passion in Sales career
