Located at Ho Chi Min City office and to perform and provide support to transport team and to the Head of the Department.
Responsible for updating new and existing job tasks onto fleet management system based on customers request deliver requests/ exceptions
Plan and optimize transportation routes for fleet operations using the TMS, considering factors such as traffic, vehicle capacity conditions, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners to prioritize and schedule transportation activities based on urgency and demand.
Process and handle documents through SINGAPORE Portnet System.
Yêu cầu
Must possess a good knowledge of Import & Export procedures
Basic Microsoft Office skills: Power point Presentation, Excel & Word
Willing to take responsibility and accountability of their role. Capable of identifying and suggesting improvements
Able to remain calm and make logical decisions in a stressful environment Working Conditions
