[Long Biên, Hà Nội] Head of Accounting team - salary up to USD3000 (19985)

One of our client - one of the biggest Japanese Corporation which is developing its business in collaboration with our bases in approximately 90 countries and regions around the world and approximately 1,700 consolidated operating companies, is now hiring the position of:
Head of Accounting team (Trưởng phòng Kế toán)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversees all activities of the accounting and tax departments and is involved in the supervision and management of general accounting activities, analyses, business partnership, and the maintenance of effective internal controls while ensuring statutory compliance in all accounting initiatives.
1) Verify all documents being submitted to Finance Dept to ensure proper, accurate and compliant with internal policies and governmental regulations;
2) Timely input AR, AP, FA, Inventories, Bank, Petty cash, GJ; transactions into accounting system:
3) Manage inventory, Equipments and Tools and fixed assets;
4) Ensure timely payment; Prepare TT forms, online banking payment forms, and liaise with banks for related issues;
5) Issue VAT invoices, VAT filing, keep track of AR and work closely with various department for overdue payments;
6) Ensured accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including yearly budgeting, quarterly group consolidated accounts, monthly management reporting, analysis and schedules, and year-end matters.
7) Manage finance issue of company and take responsibility for country finance report.
8) Other jobs assigned by Management.
