*This position will be mainly based in our temporary training facility at Eastern International University (Binh Duong) and requires frequent travelling to our future factory in VSIP3, Tan Uyen (Binh Duong). Relocation to our factory is expected from early 2025. Transportation will be provided from HCMC, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong.
Core responsibilities
• Drives projects or participates on projects related to new technologies introduction or/and equipment process improvement, according to LEGO project model and DQP model
• Supports R&D and related function within technology development/improvement and qualification phases > provides inputs to TS / defines the conditions and personally participates on technology FAT/SAT and together with R&D confirms the overall test results
• Acts as technology test driver, evaluates the tests and focuses on problem solving within overall technology testing / shares with R&D about the progress and highlights/addresses the challenges and opportunities
• Collabs with Global Platform team to deal with suppliers and Stakeholders and mitigates disagreements /escalates towards relevant line leaders or StC if needed
• Supervises and controls the technology RampUp execution and continuosly evaluates machine performance and KPIs trend
• Initiates development and design processes connected with new technologies, includes layouts and documentation
• Collaborates with Global platform team and Maintenance dept. within overall technology Roll out
• Continually works towards project deliverables and organization ́s important metrics

Do you have what it takes
• 4+ years in the same role of equipment management
• Project management experience: 2+ years
• Degree in mechanical is prefered
• Experince in machine excellence & improvement
• CI project is a plus
• Interested in modern technologies and innovate consumer trends
• Proactivity, ambitions, persistence
• Ability to read/understand technical drawings (AutoCAD, 3D models)
• Be able to travel for business frequently
