Job Description
Our customer is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Maintenance Analyst ($800, ID19964)
Collect and analyze machine operation and downtime data.
Perform reliability analysis (FMEA, RCA, Weibull) to identify and mitigate risks.
Monitor and report maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, PM%, etc.).
Develop and support maintenance strategies (Preventive, Predictive, TPM).
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and periodic reports.
Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial, etc.).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Reliability/Maintenance.
Knowledge of CMMS, maintenance processes, and reliability tools (FMEA, RCA, SPC, Weibull).
Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis.
Ability to work cross-functionally (maintenance, production, engineering).
Fluent in English.
