We are looking for a high caliber personnel to join the QBE Insurance (Vietnam) Co., Ltd, office in Ho Chi Minh.
Role summary:
• Execution focused transformation professional with hands on experience supporting operational improvement and change initiatives.
• Able to work independently on assigned workstreams within clearly defined plans, governance, and direction, while collaborating closely with senior transformation leaders and cross functional teams.
• Strong capabilities in project execution, change delivery, stakeholder coordination, and follow through to help ensure initiatives are implemented effectively and adopted into day to day operations.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both written and verbal contexts across diverse, regional stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Transformation & Project Execution (Core Focus)
• Work independently to manage and deliver assigned transformation workstreams or activities, based on defined scope, plans, and timelines.
• Break down initiatives into tasks, milestones, and action plans, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow up.
• Maintain delivery artefacts including action trackers, RAID logs, schedules, and status dashboards.
• Proactively identify delivery issues, risks, or dependencies and escalate appropriately.
Change Management & Adoption Support
• Independently support change execution activities, including impact assessments, communications, training coordination, and go‐live preparation.
• Support business teams through transition periods, providing practical guidance and post‐go‐live follow‐up.
• Capture user feedback and assist with stabilization activities to ensure sustained adoption.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
• Coordinate effectively with business users, technology teams, and transformation colleagues to progress delivery activities.
• Organise and support workshops, meetings, and working sessions, including preparation of materials and tracking of agreed actions.
• Act as a dependable point of contact for day‐to‐day delivery coordination and queries.
Governance, Reporting & Accountability
• Prepare delivery updates, progress summaries, and governance materials independently for review by senior team members.
• Ensure delivery activities align with agreed transformation governance and standards.
• Support benefits tracking by capturing outputs, outcomes, and lessons learned post‐implementation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience
• 3-5 years' experience in transformation, digital transformation, or change delivery roles.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently within structured framework and established governance.
• Experience working in matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Background in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries is advantageous but not essential.
Skills & Capabilities
• Understanding of AI, data‐driven solutions, automation, and digital transformation concepts.
• Able to use data analytics tools like Power BI to support analysis.
• Confident in story telling including verbal as well as presenting the story on PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational and execution skills.
• Fluent in English, with written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‐oriented, dependable, and delivery‐focused.
Salary:
Negotiable depends on the qualification and experience.
