Maintenance Manager

A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
• Lead and manage maintenance teams and responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing the Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic system in good condition
* Key member in implementing sustainable development project regarding energy saving
B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES:
Main responsibility:
• Ensure that the team's performance, productivity, maintenance, repair are complying strictly with Maintenance plan.
• Issues and control the related Work Instructions for all of facilities using in manufacturing in accordance with ISO standards and ensure operating safety
• Planning yearly, monthly, annually Maintenance Schedules and follow up the implementation from subordinate.
• Review the maintenance records and certify the safety critical work order completion and to feedback any fault or abnormality and to take remedial action if required.
• Provide technical advice, coaching, counseling, information and instructions to all staff and ensure all maintenance drawings, diagrams, manuals, Working Instructions and works records are kept current and update.
• Participate in the preparation of technical work specification for finding related machine suppliers, evaluate/recommend the suppliers;
• Liaise with supplier from local and oversea to make to buy correct spare part.
• Coordinate with PUR and Warehouse to make sure spare parts are available in stock
• Liaise with all outsourced suppliers with regard to the maintenance schedules and other work activities.
• Perform investigation of accident/incident report and submit report recommendation on preventive action and or improvement (if applicable) to prevent recurrence.
• Establishes preventive maintenance of whole facilities using in factory and service programs, procedures, and record systems in order to audit the performance of the maintenance operations.
• Work with CSR to implement sustainable development program required by customers, LLG group, government regarding energy saving.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their working performance
• Control the maintenance cost, budget as approved
