Maintenance Technical Assistant

- Conduct Daily Walk
• Examine the functioning of each machine and their status
• Check if the set up is according to SOP independently from MD O
• Make SOP improvement
• Check facilities, Repair and manage daily broken list by updating the broken list together with PD Assistant
- Facility Management Factory
• Make plan for fixing broken parts of the facility by coordinating with Production Department on the repair schedule
• Conduct the fixing broken parts directly or assign MD Operator to conduct the fixing and supervise the result
- Facility Management Workshop & 3S
• Make & control the tools list of Maintenance Department
• 3S training and implement
• Ensure that all tools in Workshop are clean and tidy
• Ensure that all tools are in Workshop and no tools are stolen, lost (keep list of all tools and ensure that those tools are there by checking on weekly basis)
• Ensure that all tools in Workshop and in Production have a number allocated to them, are colour coded so it is easy to know where the tool belongs too
• Report to HR fines in case the MD Operator is not bringing back the tools to the right position or bring the Workshop out of order
- Execute Improvement Projects together with MDM
• Identify problems in the factory related to machines & also building which impact product flow, product safety, operator safety, etc.
• Improvement action of implementation, Make improvement equipment and line product
- Participate in Monthly Maintenance on Sundays
• Do maintenance for the Month.
• Coordinate with Production Department on the Slots available and discuss with MD M the possible schedule and collect decision
• Suggest to MD M the person participating in the Maintenance and receive decision
• Inform the MD Department members about the participation and ask to allocate schedule (& apply for overtime if necessary with HR)
• Read previous maintenance report card and all repair records of machine
• Prepare before maintenance all tools for maintenance needed
• Make the maintenance outline & present to the maintenance team before the start of maintenance how we will do the maintenance
• Conduct the maintenance together with MD M & Other MD Members
