Mô tả công việc
* Purpose: Employees in the Business Development team will assist Sales Director in Business Development. The role holder must focus on the new customer acquisitions account and day-to-day management of sales activities is crucial to the role. The role holder must also ensure collection of all receivables & overdue from local customers.
* Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain professional relationships with existing customers.
• Establish rapport through formal visits and courtesy calls.
• Review, monitor and ensure consistent business volumes from key accounts / customers at the branch.
• Assist to explore opportunities to service new trade lanes and cross sell appropriate EFL products / services
(e.g., Customs Brokerage, Air / Sea Exports)
• Assist to resolve all customer complaints and operational issues; Escalate issues with concerned Product teams as required.
• Assist to conduct market research and segmentation to identify new prospects/ markets/ sectors for business development.
• Set up profile prospective customers and gather intelligence on relevant information.
• Interact with prospective customers via telephone/ e-mail to introduce EFL and schedule appointments.
• Conduct scheduled sales visits and present EFL's products / services and seek to understand customer requirements.
• Discuss rates / pricing quotes with customers while emphasizing EFL's customer service levels and operational capabilities.
• Coordinate and manage subordinates, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and allocate tasks and resources as needed.
• Gather and link information, resolve discrepancies and make strategic recommendations.
• Engage and work with professionals who are in charge of producing timely and high-quality technical work.

Yêu cầu
• 24 months of operations and freight forwarding logistics experience (E)
• Cargo wise Experience (E)
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced changing environment (E)
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving Skills
• Possess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teams
• Strong working knowledge on MS office programs, including Excel, word and ppt
