Mô tả công việc
• Deliver business plans for the above countries through clear leadership, target- setting, follow-up, and the establishment of a performance culture in the organization.
• Day-to-day manage and develop the existing and future surface treatment technologies, distributers and agents in the designated countries. Provide product/chemical technology/application consultation to customers.
• Develop, refine, and execute a technical sales/ commercial/marketing strategy for designated countries, explore new market opportunities, and ensure the implementation of the 5-year strategic growth plan.
• Set general selling prices and authorize special contract selling prices.
• Prepare sales and gross margin budgets and implement action plans to ensure achievement of these plans.
• Review and report on monthly achievement against sales and gross margin budgets.
• Provide sales and technical support for G-ECT SEA - ST sales employees.
• Develop the sales team; including reviewing training requirements for current direct reports and involvement in selection of new sales employees.
Report to Senior Management on the Customer's perception of The Company business in the market place.
• Ensure that attention is given to the identification and prompt completion of new market development projects.
• Other tasks as required.
• Ensure all activities are in line and comply with The Company corporate governance, operational and compliance policies and procedures as well as country requirements and legislation.

Yêu cầu công việc
Degree, preferably in Chemistry or Commerce
Minimum 7 years experiences in commercial or technical roles in Metal Surface Treatment (or Metal Coating) industry
Ability to work in multi-cultural environments and matrix organizations
Good knowledge of Surface Treatment market, products, application processes and technology
Good command of English; additional language such as Chinese language is an advantage
Presentation, conflict management and communication skills to convince all levels of seniority and relevant departments.
Strong personality with good relationship management and negotiation skills
Microsoft Office user skills (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); additionally Salesforce CRM know-how is an advantage
