Mô tả công việc
1. Lead strategic planning and consultancy to support Payment & Rewards Head:
Ensure a well-coordinated business strategy with different functional teams
Drive analysis and planning of high impact strategic topics e.g. providing a fact base, problem identification, structured problem solving, advising on implementation.
Deliver valuable business insights and consult recommendations to business teams to act upon (e.g. performance analyses, spend optimization, etc.)
Project impact analysis for various initiatives to drive growth in various areas.
2. Align with Payment and Rewards business strategy and develop both short to long term strategic plans and tactics to achieve targets; including (but not limited to):
Strategize campaign model and promo flow for different use cases - together with demand operations, merchant, and marketing teams to grow Payment performance.
Initiate plans and campaigns to grow Grab Rewards on and off platform,
including strategies Rewards revenue model.
Develop ad-hoc analysis and regular reporting on performance (on weekly & monthly basis) to support business lead on data-driven decision making.
Devise development strategies for product categories (e.g. Merchant Payment
(Pay-to-merchant), Digital marketplace) (on quarterly basis).
Generate consumer insight through collaborating with MKT focus group.
3. Champion implementation and coordination with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchant, BD, Strategy, FP&A) to ensure excellent quality:
Own weekly and monthly cascade of performance review and action plan with relevant teams to ensure executional hygiene for both payment & rewards.
Lead monthly business review with regional team by coordinating with relevant functional teams for input and review.
Forecast spend on promos, incentives, and other key initiatives with Offline &
Online merchant business - by working closely with merchant operation & business development teams.
Forecast spend and performance of external sale of Rewards points with various partners. Align with BD team for proposal development and pitching process with partners.
4. Collaborate with other teams within Grab platform (both business and functional teams) for cross-department partnerships.
5. Identify & investigate new opportunities with merchant partners to enhance our consumer experiences that can potentially improve performance

Yêu cầu
A minimum 6-7 years of relevant work experience in Growth hacking, eCommerce campaign management, management consulting, performance marketing.
Data-driven, number-crunching and insights-obsessed - you match an adeptness for numbers with a curiosity for why consumers behave a certain way.
Strong appreciation for business models in the payments, retail and e-commerce space with a keen interest in horizontal business scaling.
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong problem definition and solution skills combined with an intellectual curiosity and love of learning.
Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel. Knowledge on Python/SQL is also a plus.
Enthusiasm to succeed in an ambiguous, fast-moving, and ever-changing landscape
A positive and resilient attitude - you have the drive, flexibility to work in dynamic and fast paced environment and to meet critical deadlines.
Able to work with multi-functional teams
Able to multi-task and result & detail-oriented with A start-up attitude - solution-driven & willing to work hard to get things done.
