The opportunity
Right now, we are looking for MS DYNAMICS 365 CRM Manager to join our EY Technology Consulting team focused on providing cutting - edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players.
Your key responsibilities
You'll be leading projects with state-of-the-art technologies in MS DYNAMICS 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Data Platform and Commerce) and you'll enthusiastically enhance your core Microsoft technology knowledge and experience.
The idea is to lead the delivery of MS DYNAMICS 365 implementation projects with high quality and focus on the client needs.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Higher Education Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- At least 8+ years of professional consulting experience in technology consulting or similar roles;
- At least 8+ years of experience in MS DYNAMICS 365 implementations in different sectors;
- Experience in standard project tasks: Test cases, analysis, documentation;
- Able to manage and prioritize workload;
- Ability to adapt quickly and positively to change;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Excellent communication skills in order to interact with a range of stakeholders;
- Excellent English verbal and written communication;
- Deep knowledge of MS DYNAMICS Architecture;
- MS Certifications.
Ideally, you'll also have
- French Speaking skills;
- Willing to travel on business;
- Knowledge in Agile and/or Scrum methods of delivery;
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
