About Pandora Production Vietnam
Pandora's new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.
Key accountabilities:
• Set strategic direction and ensure effective implementation of General Services Management (Transportation Services, Canteen Services, Minimart, coffee shop, pantry, office supply, Locker & Mail room Services, etc.) at Vietnam facilities to support operation.
• Drive and deploy Company Direction and Strategy to team
• Lead the Contracts of outsource service management
• Plan and ensure effective Budget and KPI of each service
• Ensure the services align with Zero Accident objective
• Alignment between Center & Local according to the standard of services
• Support Internal and External Audit
• Collaborate with good relationships with outsiders and neighbors.
• Support Company Activities/Management Coordinate
Key duties:
• Set strategic direction
Set General Services KPIs and strategic directions for outsourced contractor services and cascade to local general services coordinators.
• Define standards and manuals
Review and approve contractor selection guidelines and criteria together with procurement & finance & legal team
Review and approve contractor SLAs and standard of services.
Review and 1st approval of Work Instruction & Procedure related.
• Operate and execute
Ensure operations of contractors are smoothed across production plants.
Oversee Services Contract in conjunction with procurement and billing processes with A/P and provide feedback on performance of contractors.
Coordinate with local facilities services to ensure adherence to contractor SLAs.
Ensure that Services contractors acquire and maintain correct to operate and comply.
Ensure the coordination with government agencies on obtaining administrative documents related to Health Organizations and District Office (Local).
Define and implement work instruction, standards and procedures that maintain quality operation of on-site general facilities and services (including transportations, canteen, janitorial services, locker room, mailroom, meeting rooms, rest areas)
Monitor and improve safety and operating cost of services.
Ensure the CSR Data support Company Direction
• Drive continuous improvements
Drive improvement and cost saving opportunities.
Review and approve standard survey and recommend actions to improve employee satisfaction for PPV contractor's services.
Take learnings and feedback from local coordinators to improve contractor services.
• Facilitate Coaching & Leading
To develop, expand and increase team potential by drive inspiration and deliver effectiveness in their work.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree/master's degree in business administration, Human Resources or other related fields
• At least 5 years of management level
• Hands-on responsibility for the full scope of General Services activities both operations and strategy management
• Have experience and certified about ISO or related standards
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Good understanding of testing processes and requirement.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization
• Good English
• Leadership competency
• Customer service
• Ability to negotiate and persuade others
• Possess excellent analytical and planning and organization skills
