Manager, Human Resources & Administration - Ha Noi Projects

Job Purpose:

Monitor & ensure overall HR strategy & execution of the organization at Ha Noi Office, as well as the management of all offices and branches



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works closely with Heads of Departments develop and implement predominately medium to long-term HR solutions aligned to business strategy.

• Coordinates employee relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices.

• Researches and responds to employee questions, concerns and grievances.

• Partner Heads of Departments to plan manpower requirement and recruitment needs for the business.

• Manage recruitment activities for Neptune in Ha Noi, including sourcing, screening candidates, arranging interviews and onboarding new talents.

• Coordinate the organization of learning activities and prepare monthly training reports.

• Monitor attendance and provide support in payroll preparation.

• Drive talent engagement and culture building initiatives across business units.

• Manage expense forecasting and billing to ensure effective cost management and high return on investment.

• Set up an office in Ha Noi.

• Participate in the planning of the Neptune operations, with specific focus in office administration and employee welfare facilities (canteen, car park, transportation arrangement, etc.)

• Provide general administrative support to all departments. Coordinate & maintain company's documents & office properties.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the office such as ensuring office cleanliness, adequate stocks of office supplies, pantry storage, company transportation, vendor contract, etc.

• Act as Human Resources Business Partner to manage employees' profile and leave application in company's HR system.
