Mô tả công việc

A Day In The Life:
• Overseeing account servicing to meet contractual obligations and achieve project deliverables.
• Facilitating smooth transitions between project phases at different sites.
• Developing project plans that efficiently allocate necessary resources.
• Leading, monitoring, and executing projects to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, safety, and technical requirements.
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues.
• Timely submission of required documentation to relevant authorities.
• Budget preparation and billing for projects.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and government regulations.
• Evaluating contractor performance and verifying claims for accuracy.
• Monitoring project expenditures to stay within budget and achieve targeted margins.
• Participating in meetings and communicating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Inspecting both off-site fabrication and on-site installations.
• Ensuring all defects are rectified before arranging pre-site inspections.
• Handling any additional tasks as needed.

Yêu cầu

What We Are Looking For:
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Building Management, Quantity Survey or related field of study.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in working space/retail/ international school/ factory and corporate office interiors.
• Good at English.
• Project management experience across a range of disciplines, contract and procurement
• Preferably with knowledge of the furniture industry
• Strong leadership, organization, and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to read design drawings, architectural/technical blueprints, and shop drawings
• Well-versed in MS Office applications, internet research skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet timelines
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Experience in managing and leading project teams to a successful outcome
