Mô tả công việc
- Prepare and deliver financial and managerial reports to support the CFO in decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance, cost management, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Allocate operating expenses and shared costs to assess profitability by business unit.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial reporting with company strategy.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience in audit is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong financial analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Effective business writing and communication skills in English.
