Mô tả công việc

JOB PURPOSE:
• Work closely in the Board of Directors and other key executive team members to create, implement and roll-out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and organization policies all designed to foster growth, smoothly and efficiency;
• Define the organization's objectives to reduce and control operational risks through risk identification, risk assessment, measurement and mitigation to an acceptable level;
• Plan on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs;
• Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability;
• Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership team members;
• Foster a growth-oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines;
• Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes;
• Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition

Yêu cầu

Job Requirement:
• Expat - preferable
• Over 40-years old
• Bachelor's Degree in management, operations (or related field) or relevant management experience, preferably with a foreign owned factory in Vietnam
• 5-7 years manufacturing, management or other related operations experience
• Excellent leadership, team building and organizational skills
• Expert ability to communicate effectively with others including the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to employees
• Budgeting knowledge and ability to monitor and adjust any activity in the factory to follow the budget.
• Proficient ability to effectively recruit, hire, coach, train, develop, retain and redirect employees as needed to produce and maintain a successful team
• Proficient ability to assertively solve strategic problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Relationship building skills including the capacity to predict and manage behavior, build and leverage cross-functional partnerships within the organizations and leverage influential leadership
• Proficient knowledge of M.S. Office, Google Apps and other cloud computing platforms.
• Proficient in written and spoken English
