Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate and work directly with plant manager and production manager to review and define the target, performance objectives and exercise such overall aims in line with the company's goals and strategies.
- Collaborate and work with plant manager, managing director and other senior management to set the specific KPO and KPI for each department including production KPI, direct labor and OH cost related to production. Ensure that the company performs competitively with its peers in the market particularly in Raw Cashew Nut (RCN)
- Analyze market and do research on RCN market and competitors to serve for annual business plan and 3- or 5- year plans.
- Define and report his or her supervisor and manager the possible targets of the company's selection market, customer segment, consumers segment for product delivery and services.
- Prepare the master plan for marketing activities in line with sales target and market approaches.
- Lead and coordinate with management team in doing preliminary appraisal of new project, horizontal or vertical M&A with other cashew and processing businesses to promote the brand.
- Arrange and lead the monthly operational report, quarterly forecast and annual budget in connection with operational team, finance and accounting and other departments.
- Work and interact with managing director, sales team to explore new markets, new customers and new channels. Explore new SKUs in line with market demand, customer and consumer consumption tendency. Propose to form new products for different choices and services
- Collaborate and work closely with managing director and purchasing team to set the strategic partners, sourcing materials and de-shelling cooperation and partnership with local and international suppliers.
- Build-up in house training and on the job training for QC, merchandising and production team about the specification of Raw Cashew Nut and kernels, quality standard distinguishing in different markets such as China, AFI, Middle East Standards
- Work with managing director and accounting department to define and propose sales guidelines and policies for overall sales operations including AR policies, promotions, distributions, and selling prices for different sales channels.
- Lead and explore the e-commerce to form a new distribution channel in improving the sales performance. It could be extended to other brands of the group Dan-D Foods Holdings ltd.
- Negotiate with current customers about sales and display, pricing structure, payment methods and marketing activities to achieve sales target.
- Co-ordinate with purchasing to import essential foods and products from abroad to trade in Vietnam market
- Support sales and QA to input with reasonable reverts and actions to customer's complaint, product returns, quality issues and other obligations to customers.
- Assist Chairman and CEO in collaborate and follow up annual budget and input intensive effort together with the management team in achieving set objectives and targets.
- Other assigned duties within scope of works or appropriate for improvement and changes.
