🔹 REQUIREMENTS
✔️ Minimum 6 years of experience in a Managing Director, COO, General Manager, or equivalent leadership role
✔️ Proven experience in P&L management,
business development, and operations
✔️ Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to build and foster a strong organizational culture
✔️ Experience in education, premium services, or customer-centric industries is highly preferred
