C-Suite Partners is partnering with Phuong Chau Healthcare Group to appoint a Group Chief Executive Officer to lead the Group through its next phase of growth.
Phuong Chau is a leading private healthcare network in Vietnam, specialising in women's health, obstetrics, gynaecology, paediatrics and fertility (IVF). Founded by Dr Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ho, a pioneer in reproductive medicine in Vietnam, the Group operates four hospitals across Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. It has built a strong reputation for clinical excellence, patient trust and innovation in IVF and maternity care, and has ambitious plans to expand its services and grow its network.
Reporting to the Board, the Group CEO will have overall operational and commercial accountability for the Group. The role is strongly focused on delivery, suited to a hands-on, commercially minded hospital leader who has personally grown a business.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Leading operational and commercial performance across the Group's four hospitals
Owning Group-level P&L and driving sustainable revenue and profit growth
Developing new services, partnerships and opportunities to expand the network
Building the systems, processes and management structures to support the Group's growth
Strengthening management capability, accountability and performance
Maintaining high standards of clinical quality, patient safety and patient experience
Working closely with the Founder and Board to deliver the agreed business plan
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a hospital CEO, COO or equivalent senior healthcare executive, with genuine P&L ownership
A track record of personally delivering hospital growth and measurable results; high-performing single-hospital leaders ready to step up to a group role are encouraged to apply
A hands-on, decisive and execution-focused leadership style, with urgency, resilience and sound judgement
Strong relationships with clinicians, including experience engaging and recruiting medical practitioners
Experience working effectively with founders, Boards and investors; experience in a private equity-backed or investor-led environment would be advantageous
High emotional intelligence and cultural adaptability, with international leadership experience highly regarded
Experience in women's health, obstetrics, paediatrics or fertility would be advantageous
This is an opportunity to lead an established and respected healthcare group through its next stage of growth, with a competitive package and meaningful performance upside. For a confidential discussion, please submit your application.
**Please note that only candidates who meet the required criteria will be invited to progress. All applicants will be added to our database for future information sharing regarding new opportunities, market intelligence and executive candidate information.
