Mô tả công việc

Design test strategy and detailed plan for each project and assign tasks to team members
Execute the test plan together with other team members, create test reports, and work with engineering for bug fixes
Lead the team of 10-15 testers including hiring, training, and mentoring junior members
Ensure high-quality output of the test team at all time
Contribute to quality management
Propose and lead team initiatives to improve the test team's knowledge, performance, and skills

Yêu cầu

At least 5 years of experience in relevant field
Lead and manage a team of 4-6 testers, overseeing their recruitment, training, and mentorship.
Maintain consistently high-quality output from the test team.
Knowledge of different test types, test techniques & activities in test process as defined by International Software Testing Qualifications Board
3+ Year Experience in writing SQL queries and strong knowledge in relational database structures
Experienced in API testing
Good communication skills: group discussion leading, team working, etc
Strong leadership
Good communication in English
