Open Position: Manual Tester
Location: Handico Tower, Pham Hung, Hanoi
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will join large-scale Singapore projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and stability before release.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the full testing process of large-scale projects focusing on backend systems, APIs, and system integration.
Analyze business requirements and data flows for modules such as orders, payments, bookings, flight management, and customer accounts.
Design, execute, and manage test cases, test scenarios, and test data for backend testing.
Perform manual API testing, verify data consistency, and validate business logic.
Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Postman.
Collaborate closely with
Developers, BAs, and QA teams to ensure product quality.
Provide mentorship to junior testers and contribute to improving QA processes.
Maintain accurate testing documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
REQUIREMENTS
1 years of experience as a Manual Tester or QA in web/backend projects.
Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, Swagger, JSON, RESTful).
Experience with database testing (SQL) and backend data validation.
Skilled in writing clear test cases, test reports, and defect logs.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
Experience in Banking, E-commerce or Airline systems (order/booking management, payment, schedule, or loyalty systems) is a strong advantage.
Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Preferred:
ISTQB Certification or equivalent.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Basic knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
