Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 250 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon's sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.
A. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Market Analysis & Product Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and innovation of our company by conducting in-depth market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying new product opportunities. Leveraging your expertise in market analysis, you will provide strategic insights that guide the development of new product ideas, ensuring they align with customer needs and market demands.

Market Research and Analysis:
Lead and execute comprehensive market research initiatives to gather data on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market dynamics.
Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities, potential gaps, and areas for differentiation.
New Product Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop new product concepts that address market needs, customer pain points, and strategic goals.
Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback, reviews, and behavioral data to uncover insights that inform new product ideation.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and consumer behavior to identify potential opportunities for innovation.
Evaluate the feasibility of new product ideas by considering technical requirements, market demand, and potential return on investment.
Monitor competitors' products and strategies to identify gaps in the market and potential areas for differentiation.
Collaborate with stakeholders, and internal teams to validate new product concepts and gather feedback for refinement.
Refine selected new product ideas into detailed concepts, outlining key features, benefits, and potential market positioning.
Category Management:
Develop and execute category strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Implement comprehensive category strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Business Case Preparation & Presentation:
Prepare comprehensive business cases that include market analysis, financial projections, and strategic alignment.
Present new product ideas and business cases to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, effectively conveying value propositions and market potential.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree and above.
At least 4 - 7 years of experience in Product Marketing/ Market Research/ Product
Development/ Category Management or similar roles.
E-commerce knowledge, Sporting Goods/Furniture domain is preferable.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Analytical skills.
Good project management skills; ability to cope with multiple projects and good time management.
Interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral communication skills.
Functional management skills, proven leadership.
