Mô tả công việc
● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
● Build and maintain partnerships with individual agents and agencies to increase sales and customer acquisition
● Manage and oversee the performance of the branch and national sales teams
● Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agents, and partners
● Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities and drive growth
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services to meet customer needs
● Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
● Develop and implement effective sales training programs for the sales team.

Yêu cầu
● Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
● Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles in the Insurance industry, especially in MV segment is in advantage
● Strong understanding of the Insurance industry and market trends
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong leadership and team management skills
● Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
● Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs
● Experience in managing multiple sales channels, including branch and national sales team
● Experience in non-life insurance, specifically about vehicles.
