• Visionary for Value: Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to understand the product vision, strategy, and business objectives. Translate this into a well-defined and prioritized product backlog that reflects customer needs and business value.
• Voice of the Customer: Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities through research, data analysis, and direct interaction. Champion the customer perspective within the development team.
• Backlog Maestro: Own and actively manage the product backlog, continuously refining user stories, defining clear acceptance criteria, and ensuring the backlog is transparent, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Sprint Sherpa: Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint review meetings. Provide clear guidance and context to the development team, ensuring they understand the "why" behind each feature.
• Collaboration Catalyst: Work closely and collaboratively with a small (under 7
developers) agile development team, designers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, answer questions, and make timely decisions to keep development flowing smoothly.
• Value Maximizer: Continuously evaluate the potential value of backlog items and prioritize work to maximize the delivery of impactful features that improve company productivity, increase revenue, or reduce costs.
• Quality Advocate: Participate in the testing process, review test plans and test cases, and ensure that delivered features meet the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Wireframe Whisperer: Collaborate with designers to create and refine wireframes and user interface designs that are intuitive and user-friendly. Clearly communicate design intent to the development team.
• Documentation Dynamo: Create and maintain clear, concise, and easily understandable product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Startup Sprinter: Embrace the flexibility of a growth-stage e-commerce environment, readily contributing to other business activities as needed to support our scaling efforts and disrupt the industry.

Education background requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience/Industry requirements:
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner,
Business Analyst, or in a related role within a software development environment.
• A strong product mindset with a genuine passion for understanding user needs and building valuable products.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements and user needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of agile development principles and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Logical thinking and a structured approach to work.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in the e-commerce industry.
Bonus Points:
• Familiarity with AI and its potential applications in e-commerce.
• Experience with data analysis and using data to inform product decisions.
• Experience with tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Experience with
digital marketing concepts or a growth-oriented mindset is a plus.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and wireframing.
