Manage & follow up payment process
Manage preparation for new launch & campaign: Notification, Labeling, FOC Goods, KOL box, Gift Delivery, Event, Activation...
Working with partners and other divisions : Accounting, Operation, Legal, Medical, [protected info] get all the paperwork preparation done on time
Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files
Assist with the maintenance of the CRM system/ QR code products and marketing automation tools
Research relevant source for content, such as industry media and social media outlets
Keep up to date with industry specific trends and activities that are utilized to communicate with customers.
Carry out other related tasks as required

Fluently working with Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint...
English level: medium to advance
Passionate, hard-working & fast learning
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Newly undergraduate students are acceptable
