Assist in creating and scheduling social media content posts across multiple platforms, including accounts and blogs.
Design point-of-sale materials (POSM) to promote the company's products and services.
Monitor social media channels to capture comments, messages, and mentions, and respond quickly and professionally.
Support in tracking and analyzing social media statistics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Support in monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to assess campaign performance.
Assist in finding customer information.
Attend weekly company and Customer Care (CX) team meetings.
Yêu cầu
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Knowledge of Marketing, Social Media, and SEO.
Experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Enthusiastic learner with a willingness to take on new challenges.
