Marketing Communication Executive

· Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns with marketing manager
· Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
· Devising and presenting ideas, promotions and strategies.
· Writing and proofreading creative copy.
· Organizing events and product exhibitions.
· Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
· Managing campaigns on social media with team leader
· Planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
o Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success.
o Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
o Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
o Assist in hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.)
o Coordinate all operations.
o Approve all aspects before the day of the event.
o Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
o Analyze the event's success and prepare report.
Additional duties:
· Assist with HYLO on social media management and customer enquiries.
· Assist with on ground customer service at HYLO outlets.
· Assist the marketing manager
o I.E talking to suppliers and picking up suppliers cutouts for events.
· Working with operations to ensure events are carried out efficiently.
· Assist with design team, so art work is created and requested in a timely fashion.
