Marketing & Communication:
Supervise the functioning of all marketing activities, sales promotions at La Table Hanoia; coordinate with other departments to ensure proper implementation of all marketing activities are carried out according to the proposed plan;
Management of content assets, images/ photos on La Table Hanoi's website, to be updated according to the correct timeline & brand voice;
Briefing contents, coordinate with design agency to ensure designs are implemented correctly with brand identity and marketing campaign;
Master crisis communication skills when an emergency occurs. Manage comments & respond to negative feedback, notify the relevant departments to answer questions and effectively resolve customer problems;
Plan & estimate marketing costs, implement marketing campaigns & activities for La Table Hanoia brand. Implement marketing communication plans on channels (before, during and after every campaign);
Coordinate with suppliers, marketing agency, KOLs & other departments, ... to carry out effective marketing communication campaigns;
Periodically synthesize, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communication activities and sales promotions to ensure the achievement of the proposed marketing strategy.
Events:
In conjunction with the relative departments to to come up with ideas and implement the content of event programs at La Table Hanoia & Press Club;
Develop the event scripts, present content and event implementation plans with the goal of attracting more potential customers & receiving customer information;
Working as an event coordinator and be responsible for overseeing tasks throughout the event planning process;
Contact with suppliers to organize and produce event materials & gifts;
Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the company and the group.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager
Yêu cầu
Onboard from [protected info].Qualification & Experiences:
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent; major in Sales & Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality preferable. At least 3 years of experience in the same position, especially working experience in high-class restaurants, in a customer service role in the hotel/leisure/retail sector;
In-depth knowledge of F&B services and products, restaurant and event operations.
2. Skills:
Good command of the Vietnamese & English language, both written and verbal, due to the constant contact with clients, partners. Fluency in other languages would be beneficial;
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, that convince customers to use value-added products and service;
Computer proficiency;
Highly creative;
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Personality:
Ambitious and willing to put in extra efforts to meet challenges;
Team spirit, resulted oriented, proactive & honestly;
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
