Marketing Communications Manager

As the Marketing Communications Manager at Tasco Auto, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive communication strategy that strengthens our brand presence and customer engagement. This role will focus on leading Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Public Relations (PR) & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to support Tasco Auto's business growth and reputation in the automotive industry.
1. Digital Marketing:
• Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Oversee the performance of digital campaigns through analytics tools, optimizing for conversions, traffic, and engagement.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure the Tasco Auto website and digital assets are aligned with the brand's positioning and business goals.
2. Content Marketing:
• Lead the creation and execution of a content marketing strategy that delivers compelling, consistent, and relevant content across all digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to produce high-quality content for blog posts, social media, newsletters, and video content, tailored to engage different customer segments.
• Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with promotional activities and product launches.
3. Public Relations (PR) & Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR):
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to secure positive coverage for Tasco Auto.
• Lead the development and dissemination of press releases, media kits, and official statements to communicate brand initiatives, new product launches, and corporate updates.
• Monitor and manage brand reputation in the public domain, responding promptly to media inquiries and managing any crisis communications.
• Design and implement CSR programs that align with Tasco Auto's values, focusing on community engagement, sustainability, and social responsibility.
• Coordinate with local communities and non-profit organizations to ensure effective partnerships that promote Tasco Auto's impact on society.
• Communicate the success and progress of CSR activities through internal and external channels to enhance the company's reputation as a socially responsible leader.
