Mô tả công việc
1) Marketing duties
• Carry out daily tasks based on department's assignments;
• Improve information for marketing tasks;
• Carry out & follow up actions on prospects;
• Review assigned region's tracking Systems;
• Propose specific package to be offered to different prospects;
• Study carefully prospect in order to have effective approach;
• Offer prospect assigned information on VSIP;
• Propose strategic marketing plan for the assigned regions;
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions and fairs in order to promote the company's projects and seek new prospects;
• Seek for prospects through Agencies, organizations, companies, mass-media, the internet;
• Prepare legal lease agreement between VSIP and Customers, liaise with lawyers if necessary...
2) Customer service duties
• Support customers to prepare and submit for Investment Certificate Application and Post-IC Procedures;
• Assist Customers on Vietnam Laws and Regulations;
• Co-ordinate with other Department/ Division of VSIP and related local authorities, agencies to help customers on their business operations;
• Write minutes or record notes whenever meeting with customers or Authorities;
• Constantly call and/ or meet customers to update account information;
• Prepare ISO reports and submit to CS Manager and to do any work as advised by CS Manager or GD/ DGD...
* Others:
• Act as section leader for certain prospects/ market...

Yêu cầu công việc
• University graduate (major in business/ marketing/ hospitality & tourism or language (Chinese/Korean) is preferred);
• At least 2-3 years experience in the same or equivalent fields;
• Proficiency/ fluency in Chinese; proficiency in a second foreign language in English is a plus; Or Proficiency/ fluency in Korean; proficiency in a second foreign language in English is a plus;
• Good public communication, presentation, persuasive speaking & writing skills;
• Pro-active and independent;
• Good inter-personal skills;
• Adaptability and flexibility but accuracy, promptness and timeliness;
• Good office and computer skills;
• Understanding about macroeconomy;
• Knowledge about Competitors;
• Knowledge about target market and industries...
