Marketing Director, Pharmaceuticals MNC

Based in Ho Chi Minh City and report directly to General Manager, this Marketing Director will focus on marketing and commercial plan; taking in charge of proposing and driving digial projects as well as work closely with cross functions.
Description
* Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and market share
* Oversee product marketing, brand management, market research, and advertising efforts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
* Drive innovation in consumer healthcare products
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and regulatory requirements
* Have a proven track record of delivering results in the consumer healthcare industry
* Possess excellent leadership and communication skills
Profile
* University or higher Degree in Medical/ Pharmacy, MBA is strongly preferred. Minimum of 15+ years' experience in Marketing/Brand management in healthcare/pharma industry from MNC organizations.
* Proficient in delivering professional and compelling presentations; effective verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
* Familiarity with current best practices in digital marketing
* Ability to clearly communicate brand objectives, messages, and tools, and ensure motivation within the sales force
* Proficiency in interacting with a global team
* Strong interpersonal skills, team player, attention to detail, commitment to data excellence, agility, and autonomy
