Mô tả công việc
Marketing Division
• Assist in planning and execution of all marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions for the brands
• Create communication & promotional campaigns and branding efforts and assist in analyzing all marketing campaigns and monitoring brand quality
• Develop and maintain Marketing budget
• Develop and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual marketing calendar for the organization, including analysis and evaluation of prior retail activities for future decision making
• Source for new market opportunities and propose a business expansion and market penetration strategy for the assigned brand to compete and grow internationally
• Deal with local department store or landlord in the assigned country regarding all related matters
• Develop strong alliances with relevant local partners to reinforce the brand's growth and strong position in local markets
• Develop and execute retail events on individual/multi store basis, including promotions, events and other marketing activities where feasible
• Research the Industry bench marking, best practice identification and competitive intelligence for use in future marketing campaigns
• Monitor troubled stores and recommend programs to elevate them to profitable growth
• Conduct communication and execution of loyalty and CRM initiatives at the store level
• Manage the website, ensuring that all content and promotions are up-to-date
• Create a social media calendar and manage content for the selected channels, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc. Work with internal teams to conceptualize and develop effective digital marketing ideas/campaigns
• Work closely with the store managers on the marketing materials and support their requirements, including store promotions, signage and marketing collateral
• Participate in regularly scheduled meetings and provide marketing updates, analysis, reports as requested inclusive of marketing initiatives or recommendations.
• Overall in charge for all VM related matters at all stores / brands.
Ecommerce Division
• Manage the Ecommerce channel sites, ensuring all information, program, images, product details are up-to-date
• Assist in planning and reporting performance of all Ecommerce channel monthly
• Assist to set up new Ecommerce site: systems, landing site, information, operation flow
• Assist to set up and follow all advertising ensuring all material in any channel will be align
• Deal with the third parties ensuring all the process run smoothly
• Responsibility of leading team to reach the sale target
• Assist to solve any issue from customer or from any part in process flow
• Monitor trouble between ecommerce systems
• Initiative and self-starter with a strong drive for results and sense of urgency
• Extremely organized, dependable and self-confident
• Strong computer skills - specifically knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
