UpTik Co., Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will involve managing and developing marketing strategies for Korean beauty brands such as BB-Lab, Face Republic, La Plante, and more. Working closely with the Creative Director, UpTik's livestreamers, and video artists, you will help bring innovative brand strategies to life, engage with influencers, and make a significant impact in the competitive Vietnamese beauty market.
Social Media Channel and Content Management
Plan with the creative team and publish routinely social media content
Handle social media content planning, and interaction with fans/viewers
Plan, execute, and track performance of all ads - especially TikTok
Livestreaming Selling Session Management
Plan, schedule, and oversee live streaming selling sessions on TikTok and other platforms.
Collaborate with sellers to create an engaging and interactive live shopping experience.
Monitor audience engagement, answering questions and addressing concerns in real-time.
Analyze performance metrics together with the creative team and improve the livestreaming session.
Market Research and Strategy
Research and identify trends in e-commerce and Korean beauty products in the Vietnamese market.
Provide insights to the UPTIK Korea's Blogging & Contents team.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in
digital marketing and e-commerce.
Strong familiarity with TikTok and social media trends.
Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
High fluency in English; fluency in Korean is a plus.
