Mô tả công việc
1. Digital Marketing Executive
· Develop and implement digital marketing plans across various channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, PPC, and other online advertising platforms.
· Create and manage content for the company's website and social media channels, including blogs, images, videos, and infographics.
· Create and manage content for the company's and its properties' websites and social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram...) including blogs, images, videos, and infographics.
· Optimize website and landing pages for search engine ranking and user experience.
· Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, using web analytics tools and other measurement tools.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with business objectives and goals.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to develop innovative and effective digital marketing strategies.
· Develop a digital marketing budget plan, forecast budget needs and optimize campaign performance within budget to improve ROI. Track and report on budget performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities.
2. Marketing Content Executive
• Create and manage compelling and visually appealing content that promote our properties, services, and amenities on our properties' websites, blog, social media channels, and other digital platforms including photos, video scripts, graphics, and animations, that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing executive, designers, photographers, and videographers to optimize content that enhances the user experience, drives engagement and conversion rate.
• Conduct research to develop informative and accurate content that resonates with our target audience.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
• Create and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences.
• Monitor and report on competitors' social media activity and identify opportunities to differentiate our brand and stay ahead of trends.
• Respond promptly to any social media crisis or negative feedback and provide timely and appropriate responses to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the brand's reputation.
• Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
• Work with external agencies and vendors as needed to support content creation efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Good at English
Working time: Mon - Fri; 9:00 am - 6:00pm
Working place: Cau Giay, Hanoi
Report to Chief of Marketing Officer.
