Manage and work directly with an outsourced marketing agency to implement fullstack campaigns for the Cafe & Spa system.
Develop briefs, communicate brand direction and business objectives, and review the quality of publications, content, advertising, and SEO delivered by the agency.
Directly carry out on-site marketing activities such as photography, videography, event organization, and connecting with local partners and influencers.
Manage and update social media content, and support customer care across the brand's online channels.
Work closely with the operations department to ensure marketing activities align with actual business operations, and provide periodic performance reports.
Yêu cầu
Good English communication skills.
Experience in marketing, with preference given to candidates who have worked in the F&B, Spa, or Lifestyle industries.
General understanding of the fullstack marketing process, including content, advertising, SEO, social media, and brand design thinking.
Good aesthetic sense, sensitivity to market trends, and solid brand-building mindset.
Professional and proactive communication, task management, and coordination skills when working with external partners.
Preference given to candidates who can independently take photos and do basic video shooting/editing to support real-world execution
