An attractive remuneration package as below will be offered to the successful candidate
• Attractive salary
• 13th month bonus, annual performance bonus, long service award as our Company & Group's policy.
• Working time: from Monday to Friday, flexi working condition are applied.
• Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, in addition, we provide beneficiary insurance (workmen compensation insurance, hospitalization and surgical insurance, out - patient and dental treatment insurance), Group Term Life.
• Annual leave for 1st working year will be (14) days, annual leave shall be entitled to one (1) additional day up to a maximum of twenty one (21) days with each additional consecutive year of service.
• Other benefits as required by Law and our company & Group policy.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns (online and offline events) to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding as well as manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
• Actively participate in organizing and coordinating product launches, road shows, exhibitions, workshops, and training seminars by sourcing for venues, prepare invitation lists and cards for distribution to client to expend the market.
• Conduct marketing surveys, gather information on competitors' activities and price levels, to develop plans to improve market share and to counteract such activities. Also, to determine the market position and directions of the respective products distributed by the Company.
• Collate and evaluate relevant market data from various sources and to maintain and update such information into the Company's databases accordingly.
• Keep abreast with the development of the industry so as to introduce strategies to enable the Company to keep pace with development.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, compute price list in order to be relevant in our own market space.
• As part of the Company's C4C Competency Team, to assist during the C4C implementation phase, and subsequently to assist in managing the C4C database.
WHO YOU ARE
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in marketing.
• Able to work on tasks assigned with minimal supervision.
• Possess strong analytical, research and marketing skills.
• Good team player.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding as well as manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
