Job Description
* Integrated Marketing
- Execute the integrated marketing strategy for Archetype Group to support business objectives and growth under the management of our Marketing Manager.
- Plan and coordinate events, PR, webinars, and other marketing and communications activities to engage with customers, prospects, and partners.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop marketing collateral, presentations, proposals, portfolio and all relevant materials.
- Supervise the content management, working with internal and external creative teams, to develop a strong storytelling and produce engaging contents for online and offline platforms.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and with our country representative to provide them support when necessary, and connect with them to promote their local activities.
- Follow the marketing budgets, including tracking and reporting on expenses.
* Focus on Digital Marketing
- Lead digital marketing activities across multiple channels including email marketing, social media, SEO & SEM to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage the company's website and its content and user experience.
- Manage all the social media platforms (LinkedIn first, but also Facebook, Instagram and Youtube) from editorial calendar to posting and comments moderations.
- Develop and execute effective lead generation efforts, recommend an optimal marketing funnel and CRM plans to generate leads and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure marketing initiatives are delivering against business objectives.
Requirement
- Degree qualifications Marketing, Communications or a related field and proven track record of achieving high tangible results in marketing.
- Minimum 3 Years' working experience in marketing, preferably in B2B marketing, with an existing experience in digital marketing.
- Interest and appetite for our industry, for architecture, design, construction, and willing to be part of the green building transformation.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing activities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
- Open for Vietnamese national only, with excellent English written and verbal.
