Mô tả công việc
• Implement marketing strategies that meet overall goals.
• Develop briefing materials that identify strategic objectives and sales KPIs and clearly articulate desired outcomes.
• Executional responsibility on all possible digital marketing channels (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Banner Ads, Social Media marketing etc). that attract new clients, evaluation of measures and adaptation & quick implementation where 1 needed.
• Work closely with our graphic designers, and digital marketers by proactively giving right directions.
• Planning and managing social marketing channels to grow social following, presence, and engagement.
• Develop and implement content on social media channels to maximize engagement.
• Drive CRM campaigns, customer profiling and targeted engagements.
• Perform market research on target audiences to determine the best ways to reach customers and develop lasting relationships.
• Monitoring and analyzing the data related to lead generations, customer behavior, and customer satisfaction.
• Capable to be up to date on the new market trends of the skincare and cosmetics industry, as well as ability to come up with a fresh go-to market sales driving strategies.
• Support in execution work for all online mall related campaigns that all our different brands participate in.
• Prepare marketing-related presentations and reports that tracks and evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts to make recommendations for future better implementations.
• Execute photo and video shooting whenever necessary- as part of content creation process and give directions to the studio team.
• Support our company to seize KOLs collaborations to create massive brand awareness.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree of related fields such as Marketing, Business, management (or at least equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing plans and development, and communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership base and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent in English language both verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to details.
• Proven experience working under-pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of time.
• Must have good analytical skills.
• Good communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and have a humble personality.
• Working time:9:00AM-6:00 PM
**Benefit
• The Monthly salary range of the marketing executive position will be in between 20 million to 28 million VND including Insurance. There will be other additional benefits such as yearly bonuses and incentives according to the employee's performance and punctuality
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing plans and development, and communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership base and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent in English language both verbal and written communication skills.
