Brand Management:
Execute approved marketing plans and contribute ideas for marketing programs./ Thực hiện các kế hoạch marketingđã được phê duyệt và đóng góp ý tưởng cho các project marketing.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate and execute effective marketing activities./ Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để hỗ trợ và thực hiện các hoạt động marketing hiệu quả.
Trade Marketing:
Participate in executing and tracking company events such as collaborations, activations, and partner sponsorships./ Tham gia thực hiện và theo dõi các sự kiện của công ty như hợp tác, kích hoạt và tài trợ đối tác.
Support F&B leaders and Restaurant Managers for F&B activations, special events, merchandise, food tasting, food festival, workshop and promotions/ Hỗ trợ các lãnh đạo F&B và Quản lý nhà hàng trong các hoạt động kích hoạt F&B, sự kiện đặc biệt, hàng hóa, nếm thử món ăn, lễ hội ẩm thực, hội thảo và chương trình khuyến mãi
Monitor, report, and update the merchandise status of the marketing team./ Theo dõi, báo cáo và cập nhật tình trạng hàng hóa của nhóm marketing .
Communication:
Manage the company's social network channels, ensuring consistent content that aligns with the brand spirit and guidelines./ Quản lý các kênh mạng xã hội của công ty, đảm bảo nội dung nhất quán, phù hợp với tinh thần và tôn chỉ thương hiệu.
Responsible for creating and posting articles on the fanpage, website, TikTok, and other media channels./ Chịu trách nhiệm sáng tạo và đăng tải các bài viết trên các trang fanpage, website, TikTok và các kênh truyền thông khác.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related fields/ Bằng cử nhân về Marketing , Truyền thông, Quản lý Khách sạn, Marketing Kỹ thuật số, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan
One or two years of experiences in F&B industry, or marketing communications role/ Một hoặc hai năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành F&B hoặc vai trò truyền thông tiếp thị
Proficiency in English for reading and writing/ Thành thạo tiếng Anh đọc và viết
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms/ Thành thạo Microsoft Office Suite và các nền tảng truyền thông xã hội
Proactive, disciplined, goal-oriented, and problem solving/ Chủ động, kỷ luật, có mục tiêu và giải quyết vấn đề
Manage to work well in a team and independently/ Quản lý để làm việc tốt theo nhóm và độc lập

Mùa is Vietnam's first Craft Sake Brewery and Restaurant. Drawing from hundreds of years of experience from Heiwa, an award-winning sake brewery from Japan, combining seasonal ingredients and embracing Vietnam's "nhau" culture, Mùa Sake aims to deliver the best sake quality and drinking experience while enjoying seasonal and eco-sustainable cuisine at our restaurants.

We are a progressive Vietnamese brand built around the vision of making the world a better place while creating high quality products/experiences that bring value to the world. We have 3 products; Mua Tra Que, Mua Sake Room & Mua Craft Sake.

The product. What are we communicating about?

Mùa Tra Que - Where the brand was founded. Mùa TQ cuisine is built out of a desire to help grow awareness of the diversity of Vietnamese traditional products and cuisines. At Mùa TQ we collect these products and histories, and look to connect them with modern knowledge and technologies to bring Vietnamese cuisine into the present while looking to the future. Our seasonal tasting menu offers a farm to table experience in a unique setting all situated in the historic and natural settings of Tra Que herb gardens, delivering a sanctuary from the sounds and distractions of city life. Mua TQ is our headquarters and innovative culinary training grounds for young and upcoming chefs from around the country.

Mùa Sake Room - Mùa SR combines and draws from Vietnamese "nhau" culture and Japanese izakaya cuisine.

Our sake taproom is a chill and fun place to enjoy drinks and tapas with friends. The taproom's featured sake bar serves up the freshest seasonal sake on tap (namazake), sake cocktails, craft beers and japanese whiskey.
