Managing and monitoring all digital marketing campaigns, paid ads, media campaigns to maximize ROI
Coordinate with department heads on in-house events and campaigns.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive positioning and stay abreast of industry trends.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven solutions.
Optimize social media presence in collaboration with the Art Director and Designer.
Liaise with potential clients and partners for event planning and sales closure.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing initiatives.
Develop and manage CRM and email campaigns to increase customer retention.
Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, budget, and future plans.
