2. Sales Support and Collateral Development:
Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and materials to support their efforts, including sales kits, product samples, and customer gifts.
Create and manage media kits and other promotional materials to enhance the company's visual identity.
Ensure all marketing materials and sales tools are up-to-date and consistent with the brand.
3. Management and Development of Communication Channels:
Develop and manage the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
Oversee social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize engagement and reach.
Coordinate PR bookings and manage relations with media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
4. Direct Marketing and Customer Interaction
Support to organize and participate in events, trade shows, exhibition, seminar, workshop, and other promotional activities.
Execute and manage distributor programs to ensure effective market penetration.
Execute direct marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Manage and nurture leads generated from marketing campaigns and marketing channel to drive sales growth.
Implement marketing programs aimed at strategic partners and key customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct customer surveys and analyze feedback to improve marketing strategies and customer experiences.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related field;
Experience
2-3 years of experience in B2B/RETAIL marketing and sales support, with a focus on strategy implementation and campaign management.
Experience with content creation required, familiarity with social media platforms;
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
Skills/ Personalities
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe...) is a plus.
Education
